Lessons were presented at a level in which students could relate and understand. Practical skills were suggested that could be implemented immediately and made students think deeper about their actions, responses, and decision making about "what to do next" and empowerment of their energy.

This curriculum was excellent! I loved the structured video lessons that clearly aligned with the student workbook. The middle school students seemed to really connect with the concepts and lead to engaging small group discussions.
– Andrea Collins (Counselor)
Jennifer's ability to find ways to make her students and colleagues feel comfortable talking about topics that could make them vulnerable.

I would give 10 stars for Compass talks if that was an option. This is the BEST and most relatable curriculum to help students navigate friendship, emotions and the stress of life. I only wish there was a class for adults. I had opportunities to apply it to my own life. Very well done!
